Stationary Concrete batching plants are power plants that combine components such as sand, cement, stone with water and provide concrete production immediately after the mixing process. Concrete batching plants are also necessary for filling the manufactured concrete into transmixers.

The facilities where ready-mixed concrete components such as cement, water, sand, gravel, crushed stone and aggregate are stocked and mixed in certain quantities, and ready-mixed concrete is produced and the transmixers are filled are "concrete plants".
